The Matt mattress is 25 cm high, has 4 foam layers, and a premium cover. All our foams are produced in Europe and are CertiPUR and Oeko-Tex certified. Each production batch undergoes extensive testing to meet the highest standards. The glue used is water-based, and no animal products are used.

The innovation inside matt

Tencel

Made from sustainably produced eucalyptus wood, Tencel is a natural raw material.

Our top cover consists of a mix of Tencel and viscose. We combine this with polyester fibre to give it extra strength and makes the cover washable at 60 degrees.

Hypersupport foam

Our hypersupport foam is here to support your body but not only ! This innovative foam with a velvety surface also ventilates.

Memory foam

Our memory foam is different than the average memory foam. We replaced some of the raw materials with Ricinus, a vegetal oil. It is made to adapt to your shape and to reduce pressure points.

Hand in hand with our test center, we designed 7 unique comfort zones to provide the best support where your body needs it. It's a complicated story, but some parts of your body need more support than others.

Non-sip layer

If you ever play hide and seek and you hide under the bed, you will see that we have also thought carefully about the bottom of the mattress. Our non-slip layer helps to regulate movements and ensures the mattress stays in place.

Cover

The woven cover is made of premium textile. The fibers of the cover ensure optimal ventilation. You can wash the blue part of the cover at 40ºC. Do not tumble dry. Please read the washing instructions carefully.

Made locally

We’re proud that Matt is designed and developed here in Europe. We are glad to work with partners who share our social and environmental values. We do believe that producing locally is the best way to ensure the quality of our mattress and to reduce our carbon footprint.

Developed hand in hand with TU Delft

It took us more than 15 months to design, develop and test the first Matt mattress. We analysed and researched various materials compositions hand in hand with TU Delft Students. The last 7 years we worked together with Europe’s leading experts on sleep technology and collected feedback of all out customers to improve our products. This leaded to 60 iterations small and big which resulted in the mattress that you can order today.

Intensively tested

To make sure that after years of hard work Matt is still as comfortable as on the first day, we mimic intensive use. With a roller of 130 kilos we roll over Matt 30,000 times. This way we know for sure that Matt always shows his best side! This is due to our foams quality but also to our strong selectivity. For every foam production we take several samples to check the quality. Only when all 4 tests are positive the foam goes to the cutting department to be changed into a Matt.
